Mayzee Davies to miss Euro 2025 with ACL injury
- 18-year-old Wales and Manchester City defender Mayzee Davies has been ruled out of this summer’s UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 after rupturing her anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).
- Davies suffered the serious knee injury just four minutes into Wales' Nations League match against Denmark on May 30th.
- Manchester City confirmed Davies will return to their City Football Academy for a long-term rehabilitation process under the guidance of the club’s medical team.
