- Stina Blackstenius began her football journey in Vadstena GIF, a small Swedish town of 7,000–8,000 people. Her youth coach, Micael Westerberg, recalls her exceptional pace and natural goal-scoring instinct even at age nine: “She always scored goals. If she had five, she wanted six or seven,”
- Journalist Frida Fagerlund highlighted Stina’s early move abroad to Montpellier in 2017 as premature.
- After returning to Sweden and later moving to Arsenal in 2022, she found her rhythm again. Now, she's in the best form of her career.
