Flores played college soccer in the United States for the California State University, Bakersfield, balancing academics with competitive football.

The club has credited her pathway as part of their “La Academia” development structure.

Maldonado came through the Atlas system and made her professional debut with the club in 2017.

Before moving abroad, she played for Dragonas IDV in Ecuador’s top division.

She made her Liga MX Femenil senior debut in 2026, coming on as a substitute in a match against León.

She played college soccer in the United States at Texas Tech University.

Lara joined Atlas FC ahead of the Clausura 2026 tournament as part of the club’s new additions.

She earned West Coast Conference All-Academic Honorable Mention recognition in 2024.

When renewing her contract in 2024, she said she was “very happy to continue representing these colors,” underlining her loyalty to Atlas.

She has appeared in Liga MX Femenil starting lineups, including matches in the Apertura 2025 season.
