Alice was part of Internacional academy teams that won the Brasileirão Feminino Sub-17, Brasileirão Feminino Sub-20, and Campeonato Gaúcho titles in 2022.

Her hometown, Petrolândia in Santa Catarina, has a population of only a few thousand people, making her rise to Brazil youth international level especially notable.

Alice finished 2022 as the top scorer across Internacional’s women’s academy categories with 16 goals before earning her first professional contract with the club.
