Kaila began her senior career in northeastern Brazil with São Gonçalo-CE's U20 team before continuing her development at Tiradentes-PI.

Before moving abroad, she also represented Fortaleza, where she spent two seasons and scored her first senior goal for the club.

Her performances at Fortaleza earned her a move to Avaí/Kindermann, where she spent more than two seasons.

During her time at Avaí/Kindermann, she won two Campeonato Catarinense Feminino titles.

Kaila became an international player when she signed for Alianza Lima in Peru to strengthen the club for the 2025 CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores Femenina.
