Lovisa first began playing football at the age of five with local club BK Höllviken in southern Sweden.

She joined Malmö FF’s academy in 2024 at 14, playing in Division 3 before rising through the youth ranks.

In her very first Damallsvenskan start for Malmö FF, Breland scored within the first ten minutes, showcasing her ability to handle big moments early in her senior career.
