Her full name is Naedja Vanine Tavares da Silva, but she is widely known in football as “Nine.”

She began her senior career in northeastern Brazil, playing for Sete de Setembro-AL before moving to Lusaca.

After developing at Lusaca, she joined Bahia and later earned a move to Cruzeiro ahead of the 2022 season.

During her time with Cruzeiro, she helped the club win multiple Campeonato Mineiro Feminino titles.

Atlético Mineiro officially announced her signing in September 2025 after she had already made her debut for the club in a Campeonato Mineiro match against Itabirito.
