Océane grew up in the countryside as the youngest of four children, while both of her parents worked in agriculture — a background that gave her a lasting love of nature and rural life.

She was one of only three girls in her mixed childhood team and felt she had to work even harder to earn her place, an experience that helped build her confidence.

Music is one of her biggest interests away from football, and she learned how to DJ and mix tracks with a friend during her time in Reims. (

Despite being naturally shy in front of an audience, Océane challenged herself by entering a national public-speaking competition and delivered a speech exploring whether forgiveness is a weakness or a strength.
