Spain will fight for victory in the Nations League without Bonmatí
The three-time Ballon d´Or winner will not be playing in the Nations League final. She faces a long break due to a fractured left fibula.
- She got injured during a training session with Spain women's national football team ahead of the second leg of the UEFA Women's Nations League final against Germany. She will return to her club FC Barcelona Femení to begin her recovery.
- Estimates for her return vary: if no surgery is needed, she could be sidelined for around two months; if surgery is required, the recovery could take longer.
