Ravena progressed through several age groups in São Paulo's highly regarded academy system before earning promotion to the senior squad.

Ravena's biggest inspirations are Brazilian defenders Tarciane, Bruninha and Lauren, all former youth national-team teammates who later reached the senior Brazil squad.

Her breakthrough youth season came in 2022, when she scored four goals in 12 matches with São Paulo sub-20 despite playing in defense.

Her biggest idol is her mother. During media interviews at the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup, Ravena identified her mother as the person she admires most.
