- The 33-year-old midfielder made 87 total appearances, including 68 in the Women's Super League (WSL)—ranking her as the fourth-highest WSL appearance-maker in club history.
- Brynjarsdóttir joined West Ham in January 2021 from Icelandic club Selfoss, having previously played for Portland Thorns in the NWSL.
- She was a lifelong West Ham supporter, growing up in Iceland dreaming of wearing the Claret and Blue.
- Off the pitch, Brynjarsdóttir's journey included giving birth to her second child in February 2024 and returning to score in December 2024 in a 3-0 League Cup win over Southampton.
