Alessia was born and raised in Naples, making her one of the few homegrown players in Napoli Women's first-team squad.

Alessia says that wearing the Napoli shirt has always been a dream, because she was born and raised in Naples and has identified with the club since childhood. Making her Serie A debut for her hometown team was, in her words, "a unique emotion."

At just 20 years old, she is regarded as one of the young defenders being developed as part of Napoli Women's long-term project.

Alessia describes team spirit as Napoli Women's greatest strength. She says the squad is "a family" both on and off the pitch, with players always willing to help one another instead of thinking individually.
