Gabriella is Naples-born and Naples-raised, making her one of the few genuine homegrown players in the Napoli Women first team.

She has spent her entire football career with Napoli, progressing from the academy to the Under-17, Primavera and senior squad without ever representing another club.

She believes Naples lives football without distinction between men's and women's teams. In one interview she explained: "When there's a football, love starts immediately," describing how deeply the sport is woven into everyday life in the city.

Napoli described Gabriella as "a heritage of the city and of Italian women's football" when announcing her first professional contract, praising her talent, determination and ability to make a difference in important moments.
