Chiara successfully combines professional football with university studies in Journalism, Editorial Culture, Environmental and Multimedia Communication at the University of Parma. She has also received a university award for her academic and sporting achievements.

The number 55 has a special meaning for her — she chose it in honour of Alice Tortelli, a fellow centre-back whom she deeply admires both as a footballer and as a person.

Her time at Fiorentina was her first experience of living away from home. She quickly fell in love with Florence and even picked up the local accent.

Chiara prefers to keep her biggest dreams to herself — she is slightly superstitious and believes it is better to work quietly towards them than to reveal them too soon.
